StartWeek Team 2020 Our team of the StartWeek consists of the Project Management Team and the student team. StartWeek Project Management Team Prof. Dr. Roman Capaul is the Academic Director of the Assessment Year. As associate professor, he teaches Business Administration with focus on Business Education at the University of St.Gallen and is a member of the Directorate at the Institute of Business Education and Educational Management. He is the author of various textbooks. Dipl.- Soz.- Wiss. Miriam Mrisi is Team Leader and Project Manager of the StartWeek and has been involved in the StartWeek since 2011. She studied Social Sciences at the University of Duisburg in Germany and has lived in Switzerland since April 2009. In her free time, Miriam Mrisi spends time with her horse, Charly. Jay Binneweg M.A. HSG studied journalism and business administration in the USA and worked for several years for various newspapers before coming to St.Gallen to complete his SIM Master's degree at HSG. He has been working for the Assessment Year and the StartWeek since 2012. Daniel Fuchs B.A. HSG joined the StartWeek as a Project Assistant in December 2019, after having worked on the student team in 2017 and 2018. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of St.Gallen and is currently working toward a Master's degree in Business Innovation. Dr. rer. soc. HSG Maria Camilla Fuchs, dipl. Wipäd. has been working at the StartWeek since October 2019. She studied business administration and business education at the University of St.Gallen. Afterwards Maria Camilla Fuchs did her doctorate at the HSG in business ethics on the topic "Responsibility for structural injustice". Samuel Obrecht M.A. HSG, Dipl. Wipäd. is group leader for the Assessment Year and joined the StartWeek team in January 2019. After studying economics with additional training in business education at the University of St.Gallen, he taught for several years at the high school level in the Canton of St.Gallen. Student team of the StartWeek Pascal Amiet is responsible for the StartPoint and other technical issues. He currently studies economics at the University of St. Gallen. During the StartWeek 2019, Pascal was a tutor for one of the groups of new students. Besides his studies he is an active member in different student clubs, likes to do sports, and to go hiking. Jelena Miletić is in charge of recruiting, training, leading, and supervising the Support Crew in the area of the StartWeek Café as well as for the associated sponsoring. She has been studying Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen since 2017 and served in the Support Crew during the StartWeek 2018. Alongside her studies, she is passionately involved in handball, both as a referee and in helping her favorite club, TSV Fortitudo Gossau, with various organizational tasks. Jelena has been part of the StartWeek team since February 2019. Andreas Oberholzer is responsible for the documentation team and supports the production of the StartPunkt streams. Moreover, he's in charge of the social media channels of the StartWeek. After his Bachelor’s in Business Administration at the HSG, he is now student in the Master’s Programme Business Innovation. Next to his studies, he hosts the HSG Student Podcast and organises a Pride Month for the LGBT+ community on the campus. Silvan Zeller is in charge of recruiting, training, leading, and supervising the tutors during the StartWeek. He has been studying Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen since 2017 and served as a tutor during the StartWeek 2018. Alongside his studies, he plays soccer for the FC Adligenswil.
